Moses has over 39 years of experience in investment banking and Asian capital markets. He is a former General Partner of Goldman Sachs Group and was the Chairman of Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC between 1989 and 1994.
He is a Non-Executive Independent Director of Fubon Bank (HK), a Non-Executive Director of Shui On Construction and Materials Limited in HK, as well as a Non-Executive Director of China Xintiandi (Shui On Land).
He is Co-Chair of Asia-Pacific Council and a member of the Board of Directors – The Nature Conservancy, and was a Councilor of the Copenhagen Climate Council. He is also a Trustee of the Hong Kong Centre for Economic Research – University of Hong Kong, a member of Brown University Advisory Council in Asia and a former Chairman of its Parent Council in Hong Kong.
Moses is a member of the World Presidents Organization and a former member of Young Presidents Organization.
He holds a BA degree from Bemidji State University in Minnesota, a MSW from University of Iowa, Graduate College Fellowship from University of Iowa and a SSA Fellowship from University of Chicago.

Paul has over 38 years of experience in investment banking and infrastructure private equity investments.
He is a former Executive Director of AIG Infrastructure Fund, former Head of Telecom, Media and Technology of AIG Investment Corporation, former partner and managing director of Delta Associates – Thailand, exclusive advisor to Asian Equity Infrastructure Fund, former Team Leader, Infrastructure, ADB Technical Assistance Program to India, and a former delegate of the Copenhagen Climate Council.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Fellow of the Hong Kong Securities Institute, a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
He holds a B.Sc degree from University of St. Andrews, LLM from OUHK, PGL from Harvard and CIM from INSEAD.

Rudi has over 29 years of experience in corporate and project finance, working for both corporates and banks. He has developed extensive experience and substantial expertise in advising multinational and regional clients in Asia on cross-border M&A transactions, leveraged and management buyouts, structuring and financing of power and infrastructure projects, as well as in private equity investments and joint venture advisory.
Prior to joining Plus Renewables, Rudi was the Global Head of Project and Structured Finance at Canadian Solar and led regional teams based in Canada, the U.S., the UK, Japan, China and Hong Kong in a global effort to develop and structure various sources of equity and debt funding for development, construction, and investment in utility scale solar photovoltaic projects around the world.
During his banking tenure, Rudi held senior management positions with international and regional investment banks, including J.P. Morgan, DBS Bank, Fubon Financial, and Schroders.
Subsequently, Rudi was the Director of Strategic Investment with three listed entities of Pacific Andes Group in Hong Kong and Singapore. He is a former board member of Tassal, Australia’s largest sustainable salmon farmer listed on ASX.
Rudi received a Master of Science in Industrial Administration from Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management from Dyson School of Cornell University.
Thomas is a specialist in the environmental and recycling industries with over 30 years of extensive management, marketing and operational experiences in Asia, the U.S. and Europe.
He has been the General Manager for a global MNC responsible for the UK and EU markets, where Thomas restructured and turned existing operations around, from a near liquidation to profitable status.
He was also previously involved with infrastructure direct investments with Delta Associates and AIG Investment Corporation.
A native of Singapore, Thomas completed his undergraduate studies at Illinois State University and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
